Rooted in compassion. Grown with intention.
At Perennial Counseling, I don’t believe therapy should look just one way—because people don’t. I’m committed to creating a space that’s truly individualized, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in mutual respect.
Therapy with me is something you’re a part of, not something happening to you.
Where Growth is Rooted in You
This is a safe space rooted in not only acceptance, but celebration of the parts of our identities we’re often made to hide or tone down. While society has disempowered parts of your identity, we work together to reclaim the inherent power and beauty within it.
Perennial Counseling welcomes clients from all walks of life, including—but not limited to—those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, individuals with disabilities, plus-size clients seeking body liberation, those experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or work in sex industries. If your identity isn’t listed, I’d love to meet you and make this a safe space for you.
Therapy won’t look like traditional therapy. Traditional therapy was designed for one population, one kind of person, one diagnosis. Everything we will do together will be rooted in evidence-based care, but it will be done in a way that is accessible, understandable, and even enjoyable based on your individuality.
Sessions are designed to meet all of your needs: eat a snack, wear pajamas, sit on the floor, draw, walk, use fidgets, listen to music, or apply makeup mid-session because you forgot you’re going to dinner with friends immediately after. Whatever helps you feel present and comfortable, I’ll support you.
I believe in giving clients the freedom to shape their therapy experience. Whether that means working slowly and gently, diving deep into the hard stuff, taking time to build trust and understanding, meeting weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or changing frequency — Perennial Counseling will be a place for you during every season of your life.
Whether you’re navigating big transitions, exploring your identity, or learning to live more gently with your brain and body, I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
